CL Clarifiers

Water Maze CL and CLT clarifier systems are modular components that can be applied as pretreatment, post-treatment, or as a stand alone treatment system. All units utilize cross-linked polyethylene cone-bottom tanks with steep slopes (up to 55 degrees) for maximum solids separation. E ach tank has a full open top with removable lid and includes heavy duty metal stand with cradle. E ach model provides features and benefits to match your application requirements.

The CLT-300 model includes: A 300-gallon tank with lid; 3” inlet and 1 1/2” outlet bulkhead fittings; and manual purge valve at the bottom

The CLT-600 model includes: A 600-gallon tank with lid; manual purge valve at the bottom; 3” inlet and outlet bulkhead fittings; internal downward piping arrangement; and air diffuser stone mounted inside the tank.

The CL-30A model includes: A 600-gallon tank with lid; 1 1/2“ inlet and outlet bulkhead fittings; a top divider cone and 2 lower coalescing cones; oil skimmer cone with outlet piping; 26-gallon oil decanter reservoir; 165-gallon poly tank with a 1/2 HP sump pump mounted inside; manual purge valve at the bottom; and sludge tub / dewatering container.

The CL-600D model includes: A 600-gallon tank with lid; 1 1/2“ inlet and outlet bulkhead fittings; a top divider cone and 9 lower coalescing cones; oil skimmer cone with outlet piping; 15-gallon oil decanter reservoir; manual purge valve at the bottom; sludge tub / dewatering container, series 400 UV ozone generator, mazzei injector, 1/2 HP circulation pump with timer control, 120 volt electrical control panel with mounting bracket.
