The AMC-1000 is an in-field retrofit kit that automates the discharge function on Water Maze systems to dispense wastewater and sludge from a system for disposal. The AMC (Automatic Maintenance Control) kit is designed to automate the purging of the build up of solids in a cone-bottom tank of a water treatment system, such as a CLT-300, CLT-600, CL-30 or any above ground tank. The AMC operates on stand-alone 120V electrical. n AMC-1000 (1.103-406.0): This air-operated kit comes mounted in a NEMA box. A microtimer causes the air-activated purge valve to open discharging the sludge from the tank. Air supply (3 CFM @ 80-100 PSI) must be supplied by the customer.
